Sunday Strength & Mobility
Next Class: April 27th 9:15-10:45am
This class was designed to deepen your understanding of the what’s why’s and how’s of strength training, mobility, functional movement patterns and recovery while applying these modalities in a supervised environment. You’ll participate in compound movements that improve joint stability, muscular performance, and range of motion along with complimenting mobility & recovery practices. The class includes dynamic stretches, strength exercises , breath practices, and other recovery modalities to promote overall health including: posture, injury prevention, and performance in daily activities or sports. The class is suitable for all levels.
