This 6 week Experience is way more than just fitness classes.

You'll receive a recording of my Women's Forum containing the 3 Foundational Pillars to fight the common symptoms of hormone changes (such as weight gain, difficulty sleeping mood swings, and more).

These Pillars are:

Nutrition, Sleep & Exercise

The objective of this series is to implement these pillars in a group setting, create a community of shared experiences, understand the changes in hormones that women face, empower women, and provide accountability that goes beyond our 3 weekly in-person sessions.

The series includes:

• Weekly dive into a detailed component of one Pillar.

• Weekly challenge based on one Pillar.

• Track your food simply in our food journal.

• Healthy recipes & shopping lists.

• 3 In Person (or online) Workouts each week.

• Weekly access to a guided breath/meditation video, and a mobility/balance video.

• One mid-way group call to share your struggles, experiences, successes and ask questions.

• One FREE coaching call (20min) to ask specific questions or dive deeper into a specific area.
